Dedicated servers through router

Ok so here's my deal I have a Linksys BEFW11S4 Wireless Access Point/Router. I like to host dedicated Counter-Strike servers and such, but whenever I try to open ports or use DMZ, it just doesn't work, it sticks the server on the same old 192.168.x.xxx IP, and no one can connect to that. I've tried for months to find a guide on it, but the ones I've found don't work or are in some foriegn language. Any help?
 
are you sure you have the bandwith to do that, once you get it working...this is NOT what is causing that anyway
