How do I arrange All Programs so it's alphabetically listed?

Right click on any folder in the All Programs area and select "Sort By Name".

Right click on any folder in the All Programs area and select "Sort By Name".

And he wasted 15 seconds from each of us by not just Googling it. The way I see it, that puts him 30 seconds in debt.
