Is it possible for me to get audio crossovers for my computer speakers?
Here's the deal, I have M-Audio Studiophile AV 40s which are just two speakers, no subwoofer. I don't like the bass boost switch on the back, doesn't add enough low end for me, so i took my old subwoofer apart and disconnected the power supply from it. (Since the power button was on the old left speaker, it required the old speakers to be connected to it in order to power it.) I soldered black and red audio wires to it and connected it to the AV40s. It works, but the subwoofer receives all of the frequency ranges.
Is there any way to make the subwoofer receive only the lower frequencies?
