CPU, RAM, MOBO and GPU for sale

Got a good deal on an an I7 system so time to sell off my other one. Sale includes: An AMD Phenom 2 970 BE, Asus M5A87 motherboard, 6 gigs of Kingston Hyper X DDR3 RAM, EVGA GTX 260 core 216 and the aftermarket cooler in the picture as well as the stock cooler. I have the box for everything except the GPU. Asking $100 for everything plus shipping. Maxx, do you need the CPU since you have that 4100? I'm interested in the CPU for a friend. Would you be willing to let that part go, only?

And Jluch, how much would shipping be to Minnesota for the CPU, you reckon?
 
I need it as I am retiring a Athlon 64 x2 3800+ system.
I have been needing to replace t for awhile as my needs exceed its capability.
