i am selling this coolermaster hyper TX2 heatsink and fan. it uses the LGA775 pushpins to establish a connection to the motherboard. note that only LGA775 brackets come with this HSF. product is in perfect working condition. was removed from my computer for a zalman 9500 because I am not a fan of the pushpin design. price is $20, buyer pays all shipping and packaging

Is it as loud as the Zalman? I removed my Zalman due to the noise, so if this is quieter, I may be interested in low-balling your offer. :P
 
If it's anything like my OCZ Vendetta, it should be pretty quite, I even replaced the OCZ fan with an LED Antec one, but I also don't know how loud the Zalman is.

honestly i don't know because i use a 120mm thermaltake fan and that thing sounds like a jet engine, so it is hard to say what's loud and what isn't

Alright, well, I just purchased a CM V8, so I'm kinda defeating the purpose with regard to the noise, but I may pick this fan up for my father. Lemme see if he's interested.
