Cooler Master sound input jack is bad?

Sound used to work, sort of, but the plug to the speakers or headphones had to be bent, or twisted slightly to make contact. We used duct tape for a workaround to keep it in the connected position. Now I can't get sound no matter how much I bend or twist the plug.

How can I fix this problem?

Our case with the problem input jack is the Cooler Master Sileo 500 RC-500-KKR3-GP

Use the sound port from the either the onboard sound or dedicated sound card on the back of the pc.

Thank johnb35. That works great and I've now got sound again.

But I'd still like to know if there's any way to repair or replace the bad input jack on the cooler master case.

The only thing you can do is call coolermaster and see if you can get a replacement front panel.

depending on the case, he won't need a whole front panel. Most of them the power/reset switches are separate from the USB and Audio jacks. I 100% know the 912 is separate.
