Condenser mic to PC...

and it says : Phantom Power Requirement: 9V-52V DC phantom
Will that "9V-52V DC phantom" be able to connect the condenser mic to PC without the pre-amp or any type of equipment inbetween? Also, i searched and there are a lot of types of DC phantom, i dont know which one is right! :confused:

Edit: Also, if I am able to connect the condenser mic to PC directly, will it effect the vocal sounding, or cause bigger hisses, or any unwanted noises? Thanks!

Yeah i know it uses XLR plugs, i was wondering if there's any way of connecting it to PC without any pre amps in between
