I had the exact same computer but it was with a 2.4 pentium 4 no HT. and 256 mb of ram but everything else was the same thing and i sold it for $200 so you should be able to get that much or more out of it.
 
the dell is an abandoned computer that someone didnt want anymore (it would cost too much to fix, so i fixed it) and the one i just added was from spare parts :P

Im interested.. Whats the actualy processor? And doe's it have integrated graphics? if it does, is there an AGP slot?
