Computer turns off totally random..

Hi, I'm having a weird problem with mu computer. Its shuts down randomly and restarts (dosen't allways succeed and turns off again) . Sometimes 2 sec after boot, other times it shuts down when I'm playing and in rarer occasions when I'm surfing/doing nothing. But after 7-8 restarts its seems to run fine for a while (can stop anytime)

Got the problems after a repair (don't know what the issue was but they replaced the motherboard and the GPU) I mailed them about the issue but they responded that I should check that everything was connected correctly.
I have checked the RAM sticks with Memtest (individually) and no results.

PowerColor Radeon HD 6970 2GB GDDR5
Intel Core i7-860
Crucial DDR3 1333MHz 2GBx2
Samsung SpinPoint F1 640GB SATA2

Power supply brand & model? If it just plain shuts off under load then it's a power supply problem... most likely a crappy generic one that can't output the wattage on the sticker.

Other than that, it might be a shorting issue. If they replaced the motherboard, double check that that have all the correct standoffs placed. Any missing or too many can lead to a bending motherboard or a short.
