computer turns off by itself

hey there

I have a problem with my computer. It turns off by itself. When that started to happen I though that was a power unit problem and have changed for new one but still have same problem. I also replaced system fan, removed sound card (to make sure that's not a problem), removed Win XP. When turn com on under the bios it shows 34-36 C from the time the computer starts and until it turns off by itself. Another thing (which i don't understand) is that after computer turns off I can see cpu fan and system fan are moving but not spinning (looks like fans want to spin but can not for any reason). So now I dont know if this is a mobo problem or other hardware.

Does anyone have any idea of why this could be? Any suggestions?

Thanks for any help

the problem might be on your processor fan, just check if the fan is working..coz if not it is the problem.nothings cooling your processor...

I dont think this is the processor fan problem. When computer is on both fans (CPU fan and case fan) are running. After few minutes computer turns off and I can see that both fans are moving ( like back and forward but looks like there is not enough power to spin them or some other problem). Also my bios shows temperature range 34-36 C until it turns off. So looks like this is not the overheating problem (or maybe I am wrong)

Install speed fan.

When you open it up it scans for places that have temp sensors, usually 1 per core, 3 on your mobo, nb, sb and RAM or PCI and 1 per video card, and look at the temps while idle and while gaming. Just because your bios says it is 30 degrees or whatnot doesnt mean that a video card or processor isn't overheating

The problem is that I dont have the windows xp installed on that PC. When I tried to install OS the computer turned off and now I dont have any chance to install my XP. So what's now ( is it possible to take HD and put it to new computer, install WinXP and put it back. Is this going to work????)
