Have you run any spyware or virus scans yet? Also, please download and use the latest verson of Hijackthis, your old version won't catch it all.

Ok, iv just updated my hijackthis log.....
Take a look...
Thanks.

p.s. i have ran the microsoft antispyware beta program, and ad-aware 6 (dont know its the latest version)

I would first get a hold of some spyware utilities, like adaware se personal, ms antispyware, spybot, get them updated, and run them. That should take care of a majority of the problems, after running those re-post your hijack this log.

And what are these problems?

Ha Ha, yeah, that stuff loads up. Id suggest those 3 programs as they seem to work well together, just make sure they are updated first.

Don't forget to post a new HJT log after the scans are done, we'll clean up any leftovers. :)

Ok iv scanned with ms antispyware, ad aware se, and spybot s&d - Updated them all before hand.....

Ms antispyware detected no problems, ad aware detected 54 tracking cookies, and spybot detected nothing.

I know the antispyware programs have done nothing since i still have computer lagg and slow internet. :/

That looks clean (well, from bad things atleast :P ) to me. Has it just suddenly started to get slower? What are the specs for your computer?

WTF??, it never did this.... never....
Only yesterday is started to get laggy, especially when playing windows media player.
I dont need 1gb of ram to surf the net....
what i need is a solution to this problem i am in....

If i had to guess it's your digital right management that's doing it.
When you play a song and 100MBs are being used kill the following process in taskmanager and see if that does it:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\MsPMSPSv.exe

you could also do a little cleaning up of yuor HJT log, check these for sure:

O23 - Service: ColdFusion MX Application Server - Unknown owner - C:\CFusionMX\runtime\bin\jrunsvc.exe (file missing)
O23 - Service: ColdFusion MX ODBC Agent - Unknown owner - C:\CFusionMX\db\slserver52\bin\swagent.exe (file missing)
O23 - Service: ColdFusion MX ODBC Server - Unknown owner - C:\CFusionMX\db\slserver52\bin\swstrtr.exe (file missing)
O23 - Service: Symantec Core LC - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\CCPD-LC\symlcsvc.exe (file missing)

This too if you don't recognise it:

Ok byteman, i did what u said and got rid of those.

About the media player thing.... this slowness has never happened before in the two years of me owning this computer.... it shouldnt be starting now unless there is a fault somewhere along the lines.

Well i played a song and then that stoped, then i played another song and the memory usage went up, so then i did what u said and terminated the file u said, still the same....
I have no clue whats up....

Drastik... I used to have a compaq with XP SP2 with 256MB ram also, when i frst got it, it ran games pretty good, after i had it for a while, it started to go really slow, and i mean really slow, i couldnt play cs or any other games (except age of empires) I reformatted my comp, and it was still as slow as before. My guess could be that a piece of hardware is slowly dieing, how old is your computer and what make?

I bought my computer june of 2003, its a sony vaio.

I dont have the slowness anymore, i think it was because i left my comouter running for 2 days and it got hot? Dunno... but it doesnt lagg like yesterday....
When playing windows media player it lags though.... lags like crazy.
