is there like a pci card or somthing that you can put in your computer and listen to the radio

would it be possible to change the radio freqency of the hardware useing a computer program

like, put a card in a pci slot install a program and lets say go to 103.9 on the freq list or tune to it using a program then listen to music in my area?

basically like a fm tuner that hooks in your computer do they make those?
 
im making a computer to go in my car, this radio is for the places were i cant get a connection to the internet lol

i found some info on some tv tuners can tune fm radio to so im just going to buy one of those for like 20 bucks,
 
oh right, soz, yeah a tv tuner will be fine, though i would say get a better aerial, some on tv turner will be fine for a static computer but may not work very will when your driving around. just get a tv turner and see how it goes.
