computer planet - is it a reliable site to buy from?

Hi

I'm thinking of spending a significant amount of money on a new system from Computer Planet (www.computerplanet.co.uk) and I looking to find out if anyone out there has opinions on the site. Is it reliable and has anyone experienced any problems with them?

There are some good reviews and some bad. I personaly can not say anything about it because I am from the States and have not bought anything from them.
Just don't take all bad reviews to heart about a site. Some people enjoy looking to belittle a small mistake.

I always look for an address. Yes, some may not have customer pickups, but they should at least have the address for customer returns, or something so that you can verify if they are a proper business. If they do not provide that, I would not deal with the company. Anybody can set up a fancy looking website these days.

I would not take the risk,Stay with more known sites such as Ebuyer,Overclockers,Scan, etc.
