Hello,
i registered on this forum because i have a bit of a problem and i hope one of you will be able to help me.
It is like this, a few days ago i installed Win7 on my computer, and i must say they run fine apart from a bit of a high CPE usage. My problem is this, i installed flash and Java but the videos in IE and Mozilla run slowly or they lag. Youtube is fine but megavideo or some other sites are not.
Also some videos run normal but when i change to fullscreen mode they start lagging.
What could be the problem could anyone help?

Graphics issue if you ask me. Did you install the newest drivers from your GPU/Onboard?

My comp specs are:
processor is AMD Sempron(tm) 2.00GHz
1.00 GB RAM
32bit OS
my motherboard ABIT NF7
And my graphic card is ATI Radeon 9550/x1050 series

Hi Alyosha12,

Have you upgraded to the latest version of DirectX? Try that and post back.

i just downloaded and installed the version from this link, i suppose that is the newest one...

The videos in megavideo of example still lag when i switch to fullscreen mode.

Is it possible the problem has something to do with my graphics card? I mean my graphic card is ATI Radeon however when i go to my Device Manager ATI is not mentioned anywhere...

Yes. As Twist86 implied, you should update the driver for your video card. Get it here: Graphics Drivers & Software

EDIT that, my graphics card is working ok now, but the vids in fullscreen are still working laggy, however on youtube when i go on fullscreen mode they work fine...
