computer freezes

Hey guys,
I have a computer with windows vista ultimate x64. On my digital camera screen, it said that the memory card had a 'format error'. So i decided to stick the card in my computer and fix it up. As soon as i inserted it into the computer, my computer froze. So then i hard restarted it and now my computer locks up after start up and a message box pops up and says "log on process has failed to create the security options diolog". Can somebody help me OUT!!!!!!!!!! THANKS!!

Try starting in safe mode see what happens from there or try putting the card back in the computer, maybe the computer froze while the drivers were installing
