Computer Crashing new gpu, is it power?

So here's my build,
Asrock Extreme3 Mobo,
Amd fx4300 unlocked cpu,
16Gb Ram
GPU:Asus gtx750
1hdd
4led coolermaster casefans
Asus external cd drive,
Steel Series led headset,
Mouse: Razernaga
Keyboard: Logitech G510
Hdmi hookup to 1 monitor via GPU
400 Watt Powersupply no other info available it came w a former build i transferred it to this one.

So what is happening is I installed a new GPU the GTX 750 by asus
never had a problem before hand
after installation ran for about 3 days no problems

then one day while saving some cd's on my powered ext hdd while mildly gaming and playing music the computer just when black screen, and rebooted itself, note the led fans never cut off just everything else rebooted

thought that was weird and started everything back up np, didn't start ripping cd's again was kinda worried at that point, well had no problems for a whole day, then after about 40 min. of gaming and ripping cd's again it crashes same exact symptoms.

i guess what i wanna know is, on an educated guess is it the powersupply too weak? or is it something w the new graphics card crashing the computer when it hits a certain load,
note the cpu when this happens is at abour 40%-60%load and i've had it loaded more than that before on old gpu w/o any problems

and thanks ahead of time on any input this is a learning experience for me.

Lets see if there have been some bluescreen crashes.

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Also, it might help to know what exact model of power supply you have...

The only thing ik about the powersupply is that it came w an old cyberpower pc that i bought a year ago and its a 400w powersupple, made in china, cheap so yeah...

Get the exact model number so we can look up specs of it, its most likely garbage though. The corsair cx430 would work in your case, but if you plan on upgrading video card, you might want to think about going to a 500 watt like the cx500.

Yeah, thats not gonna help. Would need something recent. Change your power supply first and see what happens.

alright would i be fine for now just not using the cd drive or headset and see if that makes a difference for a week? if theres no errors for a week of doing that then i could assume it would be power right? cause i can't wing a new powersupply till payday next week...

You can try, but i'm assuming its because you are gaming and burning cd's all at once.

is there a way i can give you like a 1+ for your help on here? i don't get on here too often so still new to this stuffs
