Computer Chat Rooms

hey all, I had surgery and am laid up for the next 3 weeks and I have been searching for things to do on the computer to keep me busy... Any one know of any computer live chat rooms that techs can go to and chat about computers? something like AOL and yahoo chat rooms ? those rooms have got so loaded with spam its useless to even try to have a conversation on the room.... anyways if any one knows of any good sites post them, looking for something to do...

I tried to go to those chat rooms when I was immobilized from surgury too. WAY too much spam for my taste. I just ended up playing alot of internet Euchre.

Yeah Euchre online works i actually had to reformat a friends computer 2 days ago and he said make sure that you put online Euchre back on if nothing else just trying to remember what its called.

freenodes on irc becarfull were you get the irc client from b/c the free ones tend to have viruses and trojans

Sadly most chat rooms I found with computer related hardware ended up in "a/s/l and are you horny?" So sadly forums are your best bet if you want to talk tech.
