I am trying to get into IT by starting out by going back to basics - I think IT support would be a good place to start.
I don’t have experience, so am looking to do the COMPTIA A+ (I think this is the best one).
Does anyone have any recommendations for text books?
I am using Jason Dion on YouTube to learn at the moment. I didn’;t like Professor Messer’s way of explaining the TCP/IP - it just didn;t click with me!
The videos on Jason’s YouTube stuff were done in 2016 - does that make them too out of date to use?
