600 bucks if you take off the monitor? that monitor isn't beginning to be worth 600 bucks man. the computer is alright. i think you could build your own and put about 2 to 300 more bucks in and get a lot better machine.
 
I think you're forgetting to count the software and the Windows XP Pro. With service packs.

Does it come with a 2 year Hardware warranty?

Dell offers Computers for $489 with no agp slots.
Do Dells come with games preloaded?
Do they come with XP pro? no it comes with XP Home.

If you think the price is high? Thats you opinion.

well , yeah preloaded but it comes with the original discs for the games and the windows xp comes with the original disc not anything illegal and copyright infringements.
 
when i bought my first cd burner, they stated that it is for achiving files and backing up ur data, so i guess everything is consider data, even movies and games lol.
 
Yeah, i totally read the whole thing wrong. :P it was like 3 in the morning or something absurd like that. i thought you were asking if you should buy the system and it was 600 bucks off without the monitor. :P my complete apologies.

well if you wait til the day after thanks giving you can get like 3 comps for that price at best buy... if you're not going to host yahoo.com or do extreme video editing your mad hardcore gaming the'll work for you... it's a nice system throw in a kick ass graphics card and add a little more ram it'd be badass...
 
you cant get 3 computers anywhere for $600. I dont care where its from. if you do it will be in the MHZ not the GHZ you will get what you pay for.
