Well The situation is, i have a anoying lil bro, and hes always screwin round with internet stuffing things up, i was wondering if anyone knows any commands to do things such as:

-Open Remote Cd Drive
-Shut Down His Computer
-Send Messages To His Computer
-Anything Else You think is cool...

By now ur all thinking im a N00b. Yes, Its True, your help will help me move away from some N00byness... Thanks,
 
all i know are basic MSDOS, you have external commands and internal commands, from those commands you need they must be external. meaning you need a file to execute.
 
i dont think we should be allowing discussion about playing tricks/pranks/et al on siblings...sorry
