COD 4 Issues

Not sure if anyone can help me, and am not sure if this is the right forum to post this in or not. I just recently got COD 4. Love the game. Now here is my issue, when I go online to play, I keep getting kicked out of rooms due to an error with the Punkbuster "handshake" or something like that, after about a minute of being in a room. I figured out it has to do with my ActiveArmor Firewall program that came installed with my new computer. When I disable the firewall I can play the game with no problems. I've tried to go into the firewall settings to set it to allow the Punkbuster to work with it, however it never seems to save my settings when I change it from "Deny" to "Allow" and then click save. Anyone else have this issue? Does anyone know how to modify the Active Armor firewall to correct this issue? Any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would ditch whatever virus protection you have on there currently and go with AVG. Should provide you a lot better protection (I assume what you have is a trial that came with new pc?) and also let punkbuster work fine. When I played WarRock which also used punkbuster they cooperated.

Don't mean to sound like a noob, but what's AVG? I have Norton Internet Security 2007, and also have ActiveArmor Firewall that came with the motherboard software. ActiveArmor not a trial program, it's the full registered copy. Am I safe to just disable ActiveArmor 24/7 and just use Norton Internet Security, as it has a firewall progam too? Norton doesn't give me any issues with Punkbuster.

avg is a free anti virus program in my opinon better than norton, if i was you i would go on the norton website and grab the uninstall program to get rid of norton, then get avg free edition, then i would uninstall the firewall and download zonealarm free firewall.
avg and zonealarm work well together.
