i have a couple of questions regarding incoming and outgoing signals from a CMTS.
1. What are the designated channels, if any, commonly used for upstream and downstream signals? i know that it's sent through the same coax cable, but on different freqs.
2. I need help understanding the theory behind how a CMTS can send IP packets through a coax cable through an RF.
Any other info or links regarding CMTS stuff would be greatly appreciated.
