clearing my computer of junk

downloaded HiJackThis and ran it and i was wondering if you could help me to understand what i should clear and what i shouldn't

and also i got a pic of my startups is there any i should get rid of? (i got rid of some a while go so you can only see the ones that are at start up now)

On the msconfig startup tab uncheck the following:

Google toolbar notfier
realsched
jusched

Hit apply and ok then, hit exit without restart

Then, uninstall Google Toolbar and Yahoo Toolbar

Restart then, run hijackthis and post a fresh log

do you not have any security software installed there? such as antivirus?

for some reason photo bucket isn't working for me at the moment so i can't add up some more pictures.
and i have already used a registry cleaner. (Eusing free registry cleaner)
and yes i do have anti virus, its only AVG free 8.5 or 9.0 or something and Spybot S&D, so nothing special.

I also have sygate installed, that thing seems to pick up EVERYTHING. like every few minutes a little window down at the bottom right pops up saying "Port attack logged" or somehting. so i don't think thats a good sign... but i traced it to:
