Hi, this may seem a little weird but I would like to do like at the school when u installed for instance a game ... when u close computer it removes it and removes any new installations. I would like to do the same thing on my computer cause sometime, other family member use it and install some stuff and I would like not have to clean all the stuff they installed, etc. Is it possible? well I know it is but how can i do it? Thanks a lot

There's a Microsoft tool that does something like that. You have to set up another user account for it but it can put pretty heavy restrictions on it like disallowing right click or executables. It can also remove any changes - that'll do stuff like change backgrounds back or delete any saved files. You can also block websites, block installed software from them, impose a time limit before it logs itself out. If I remember what it's called I'll post the name of it. I don't know if it works with Vista though. Are you on XP?

thank you, but I cant find parental control, i don't have it in control panel .
@Hugh9191 Yes i am on XP professional x64

I've remembered what the Microsoft one's called! It's called Windows SteadyState and it seems pretty powerful.
