'Change color scheme' and 'Memory is low' errors.

Whenever I'm playing certain games (Rust, Arma 3) I get both of these errors;

Change color scheme for better performance, and memory is low.

I have no clue why I'm getting these change color scheme for better performance pop-ups, I just finished building this computer;

CPU: i5 4660
GPU: GTX 970
Motherboard: Sabertooth x87
RAM: HyperX 8GB (2x4) DDR3
PSU: 650M Rosewill bronze rated
250GB SSD
Windows 7 64 bit

Is 8GB of RAM to low for these types of games? I can play Fallout 4 without no issues. I got a Memory low error while playing Rust, so I closed the game, and a minute later my computer blue screened on me. Also apparently Rust has a known memory leak error.

Edit: I just found something called a 'pagefile' (Virtual Memory), but I've also read not to mess with it, but it could be whats wrong.

http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/virtual-memory-low-heres-fix/ Just looked at this guide which was only using 3GB of RAM and this was his 'Total paging file size for all drives';
(3GB of RAM)
Minimum allowed: 16 MB
Recommend: 4548 MB
Currently allocted: 3032 MB

And these are mine (8GB of RAM);
Minimum allowed: 16 MB
Recommend: 12193 MB
Currently allocted: 224 MB
8GB of RAM and my currently allocated lower than 3GB of RAM?

Edit#2: My Paging File Size (MB) is 200 -1024 (seems low) Initial Size (MB): **200** and Maximum Size (MB): **1024**. The guide below recommends me to put my settings Initial Size: 224 and Maximum Size: 12193. What do you think about this?

So, I followed the guide I found, and I got this error message "If you disable the page file or set the initial size to less than 400 MB and a system error occurs, Windows might not record details that could help identify the problem." The guide says to set the initial size to my current allocated number which is only 224 MB, is this a problem?

Any thoughts?

Go to system properties, Cllcik on the advanced tab, Clck on settings, Click on advanced tab, click on change.

Make sure the box that says "automatically manage paging file size for all drives" is checked. If its not, check it and reboot system. Also verify in system properties that it says you have 8gb of ram.
