I thought of this when someone said this forum was great. It would be cool to get some high-quality stickers or vinyls to put on our system. It'd be a great way to advertise, ie going to LAN parties.

I know there was talk of a T shirt, but stickers would be cool.

If not, are we allowed to create stickers on custom websites?

if it were possible, I would buy a bumper sticker style sticker for computerforum if someone could make it. I already got stickers on me lappys to advertise my beliefs, so why not advertise the site too?
 
they could just put the logo on it and the address, maybe a username? and only make them when someone wants them. No loss if you don't prebuy right?
 
Don't get me wrong, its a good idea but its honestly hard to get things done around here. The excuse will be that it can't be controlled or that the admins would need to do it but they don't have time.

Nobody said it would be the admins dealing with it anyway. We have some graphic designers on the site.

The only issue is going to be if Ian says we can't market the CF logo (ie: charge each other to make these products). I don't see any reason why he wouldn't let us if we want them for personal use and to even advertise the site.

If he gives the okay to use the logo, we are free to do whatever. He can't control it beyond that.
