Center Speaker not working.

I just bought 5.1 speaker system and HT omega striker sound card. I downloaded the latest driver for vista 64 without installing the software first. I finally got my rear speakers to work but my center one still wont play sound and i cannot figure it out.
Any help is apreciated thanks!
 
What is your source? mp3's do not put any sound out of the center speaker. Try using either a 5.1 enabled movie or the speaker test program that might have come with your drivers.
 
i have just been listening to youtube videos and myspace music. I have not tried to listen to dvd's yet.
 
Is what switched on scottALot? sound card software is on, xear 3d is on. Everything seems like it should be working but the center speaker wont play sound.
The speakers have no on switch.

I meant the speaker switch. Make sure you have the right BIOS/Control Panel settings on, as maybe your computer has something disabled.
 
It's because youtube and myspace videos do not output in on the middle channel. Your card software may have some sort of upmixer that outputs stereo files onto all channels.
