I have an HP Photosmart C4600 All-in-One Inkjet, Copier & Scanner. The carriage is jammed on the right side and won't budge. I've tried all the suggestions on the HP site, rebooting, etc. Nothing works. (There is no paper jam.) The machine makes terrific grinding and thumping noises as the carriage tries to move to the middle but something is stopping it. Any ideas?
