Can't see all the words

In my left margin I can see only part of the words. How can I shift the right margin over so I can see more than half words?

Just see half the word.

The left side of my computer screen is not completely visible as I can only see half the words. There is no scroll bar, and I just don't know how to make the screen shift more to the right to get the screen centered. I am not a computer whiz, it's just me and 7 dogs and they probably know more than I do.

resolution

I went to display and changed the resolution so I am good to go. I appreciate your time. I know it is hard to help someone when you're not seeing what they are seeing. Something like that.
