Can't open Computer Forum Site

Hello sir,

It is irritating that sometimes I cant open CF site on my PC.The problem is solved next day automatically.

I have taken screenshot of what was happened.

I want to know as curiosity what is the reason ?

This happens to me when I'm on my cellphone... Never on my computer though...
