Canon Eos400d Slr

Hi,

I am considering buy the canon eos400d, whats anyones experience of this camera. Positive and Negative.

Does anyone have any photos that they have taken with this camera?

i have a 350d i like it alot
the 400d is good to but i think the menu display is a bit simplistic kind of child like but its a good camera i think you will like it alot
what are you planning on using it for ?

It's an EOS, lol. Canon is probably my fav in cameras....

Yeah, however the only problem is that one cost sub 1k and the other is over 4k lol.

Hi, thanks for all the responses.

Yes open for suggestions, price, well this is the max i want to spend, ideally a little less but I have been suggested this camera and been told it is good.

still ongoing as a minor detour happened (£450 worth of pc upgrades )

I am still leaning towards the D40X but have been viewing the pentax range in some of the stores too, i imagine this one might be put on the back burner for a short time but i still plan on getting it over the next few months

Edit : and my suggestion as always is to get the 350 and another lens 90-300 one to go with the 18-55 that comes with the camera

1 is it fast enouhg and 2 how many pics roughly would that store when on 10.1 million pixel setting, roughly..

that would be 5mb an image so erm
thinks about the maths ( crying now wishing i had listened in school )
about 800 ish depending on lighting and other camera settings
