Canadian I need your advise

So now I have Bell High Speed internet and it realy sucks. In CSS I have 86ping. What internet service can you advise in Canada? I live in Toronto.
 
I know, if im playing in Toronto Darkly server or Noname server, my ping is ~25, but still, what do you recomend?
 
Sympatico is the best I've used. I don't know what else to suggest to you (but I can tell you that Rogers sucks the big one. lol).
 
I'm no networking professor, but this is my story.
I had Bell and had great pings, but then I moved I managed to get even better pings, because apparently i am closer to a major node.. or something like that.
So I guess it depends on location.
You've got great pings anyways bud. Anything between 70~90 is great.
