Can you identify this webcam?

I was given that wire-looking webcam but there is no brand/model name on it.
The driver will not install automatically. Can someone identify this webcam (brand/model) so I can use it....I believe it was purchased some 8 years ago (2001). Thanks.

Plug it in - Go to control panel > Device manager. See if the computer can see it. Under Universal Serial Bus controllers. There might be more information on it.
