Theoretically sure.

550w is a little on the low end but should be alright. More RAM would be better both from 8GB sucks in 2025 to having multiple sticks would add more bandwidth via the second DDR channel.

That being said it's basically someone's old parts from 2018ish with a mild CPU update in the middle.
