can`t run nero burning rom

anyone know why burning rom will not run on my computer every time i try to use it it just freezes and i have to restart my computer to remove it any help would be greatly appreciated

What OS do you have, and which version of Nero do you have?
The newer your OS, the newer the version of Nero you need to have.
For example, the highest version of Nero that will work with XP is 6.x.
 
-Uninstall nero completely
-delete all invalid registry
-restart the computer
-install nero again

NOTE: Be sure that the Nero which you use is full version.Sometimes if you have a demo version,once they expire they will no longer work.
Also be sure that the nero data (nero files) you use to install it is not damaged/corrupted or that something is not missing.

If you can't get any Nero to work for you, take a look at Ashampoo burning Studio, they make a free version as well..
 
Aw dammit to hell and back.
I'm sorry. I worded my post wrong.
What I should have said was that Nero 6 won't work with anything newer than XP.
I tried to install it on Vista and 7 and it won't work to burn anything.
I think I'll be taking a break from CF for a while.
