Can program files be shared/executed over a network with no external HD?

I have all program files (AV, Office etc.) on the HD on this PC. The HD will be shared over my network, will I be able to execute programs from different locations on the network from this PC?
Will I also be able to copy the program files and execute them when not in the network?
 
With remote access you would still need administrative priviledges to a greater degree to see that work. As far as copying program files you will need a drive for them to be installed to for the best results. When you are at the host pc you can disconnect from a network at any time.
