Can my soundcard use a PCI-E slot?

I just realized that my soundcard (see signature) uses a PCI slot. I thought it was a PCI-E card, but apparently not (according to the specs I've found, which I'm pretty sure is the same card -- at least, it has the same name).

The only problem is that the motherboard I ordered has only one PCI slot, and I also ordered a PCI-to-USB card. So is it possible for a PCI card to be used in a PCI-E slot (of which my new board will have several)? Or do I have to either get a new soundcard or a different type of USB card?

Thanks. I'd probably rather just get a new sound card (or an alternate USB card) than mess with this kind of thing. I'm just disappointed that I didn't realize this beforehand. I thought my sound card was PCIe.

Oh well, at least I didn't realize it when it came time to actually start putting the PC together, because then I'd really be stuck!

Edit: And it's a good thing I went with the Gigabyte board, that has a PCI slot, instead of my other option, the MSI board that didn't have one!

I'm looking for PCIe soundcards but I'm not finding very many well-reviewed options so far. My SoundBlaster card has served me well, so I wouldn't mind sticking with that, but I can't really find a "gamer" type of card on the Creative website. There are only a couple of choices.
