Can I use my curren WIFI Router as repeator of neighbors signal?

My other question no one could answer clearly and here is another question..

I have a Netgear Wireless router, and I'm just wondering is it possible to somehow use it as a repeator.. I mean Is it possible to receive the neighbour's signal and rebroadcast it from my router?

Its a tricky question but i'm expecting interesting answers..

and finally p.s: as mentioned in other forum I have my neighbors permission to use his signal..

Your router gets its signal from the wan side.
Think of the antenna as an OUT, and the WAN ethernet cord as an IN. No signal IN from the Antenna, unless you have a repeator(extender)
