can I delete these files?

I was reading in an article that I was allowed to delete the files in these folders without harming my computer. The article said everything should work well as long as you don't delete the folders, just the files and as a result you'd save 1GB of space.

Before I do, I want to get some opinions from you guys. Will deleting any of the files in these folders harm my computer?

c:\windows\system32\dllcache\
c:\windows\servicepackfiles\i386\
c:\windows\driver cache\i386\
c:\windows\inf\

Also, can I delete exe launchers? itunes exe takes up a ton of space.

Don't, you seriously don't want to mess up windows :P
if itunes.exe (the installer) yes you can remove it

If you're trying to make some free space appear out of nowhere the best way to do that is to get a freeware app like ccleaner and let it clean up and delete all of your temporary files. Typically gives you a few hundred meg to a gig the first time you run it depending on the computer and the situation.
