Can anyone smart person tell me how to set up wireless network...

Can anyone tell me how to set up a wireless network?? I have a belken wirless router and three computers....not including mine I need to hook up to it. I want to able to share files and printers. One thing I forgot to mention is I dont know where the installation cd is for the router....can I get the program off the internet??
