can a computer be too cool?

i was thinking about putting more fans in my xbox 360... i already did the 12v fan upgrade..

well when ur air cooling you can only get to a minimum of ambient temps so no... if ur thinking about phase change then you will get problems with condensation

dont just go adding random fans to the 360 though, too many fans in the wrong spots can make things worse.

i don't know if this is the same thing as the 12v upgrade that you're referring to, but if it's not, i'd check into one of these:
