Buying and/or Trading electric bass...

I'm buying an electric standard bass, somethin cheap but works, i'm pretty low on cash right now, but i have ps2 games and computer parts also, but i only have 40bucks or so on me as of now....no strap,amps, cords, etc necessary, but strings'd be nice...
