is it possible to build a computer for under £120/$180?

please help

i would like it to be a amd computer if possible

Its going to be very hard with that budget,You do understand it wont be a powerhouse right and it will be older tech?

Do you need an OS?

Okay couldnt keep it within the £120...i got £140,Now this isnt a fantastic system at all,But it will do for just the general web user etc....this does not include an OS,you could install Linux which is free.

you could lower the price by changing it to a 80gb sata that i found on ebuyer,But thats not much space.

I highly suggest that you wait and save a little more money, say, E200 (sorry, thats the closest I can get). I single core proc is anceint, and so is 1GB RAM. Wait till you got an extra 80, and you can ge a dual core proc, and 2 GB RAM.
 
i dont need it to be 160gb 80gigs are fine beacuse its for my child.
there is a motherboard and cpu i can buy seperatly and save £10

and what is a psu?
