Budget Headset

Hey Ive got a $50 Budget, and I need a new headset. Mainly going to be used for CS 1.6. Ive been buying these GE $15 headsets from Walgreens and about 3 months in the right side ALWAYS goes out. So now I just said **** it. I want something DURABLE and with a decent mic on it. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

For a lower-end USB headset, the MS Lifechat LX-3000 is a surprisingly durable, decent sounding pair of headphones. You can usually find them for around $25 or less. The only thing I don't like about them is the massive volume/mute control bulge on the cable. It's a minor quibble.
