i have bt total broadband talk package, it came with that new fancy white router, i was just wondering if there is any other routers that do the job??

hi, its a combined voip, wireless broadband hub, the service is run by british telecom (BT) i was wondering if any voip router would work, i need more advanced options like running a vpn network etc.

hey there, i am getting the bt home hub (the white thing you mentioned) in addition to my new net connection, so its basicaly what youve got but not in a package. I havent got it yet, but by looking and reading a lot i would say no, not yet, there isnt anything that can replace the homehub, its bespoke to BT's packages and services, after its released for a long while companies such as linksys and netgear will start to compete and bring out alternatives.
