Brown Tint on my monitor?

There's a brown tint in my monitor that never use to be there. My blacks look dingy and dirty with a pinch of Brown. How do I change that on my computer? Is there a setting anywhere I can tweak...
 
Check your cable from your monitor and computer and make sure there are no bent pins, if there are, replace the cable.

having the same problem just suddenly flickered to a tint of brown while i was playing 'WoW' and is now bugging me.. i have checked the cable leading from my computer monitor to my computer and there are no bent pins and have made sure there in properly :( . have also updated my graphics card ( - NVIDA GeForce 8600GS - ) i am using vista.. and have tryed system restore just for luck.. but didn't work. SOMEONE HELP ME! the brown is driving me crazy! :confused: !
 
It sounds like something in the monitor is going. Just to make sure, I would check the monitor on another pc and see what you get for results.
