Boot PC via Harmony remote via Irda?

As my topic states I am looking to currently boot up a PC using my logitech Harmony 880 remote. I am not sure on how to go about doing this if there is an irda attachment that can also take advantage of Wake On Lan feature? Any input is welcome and if you need more information please say so. and thanks.
