Well This is my setup

Computer Has an IOGEAR GBU211WM Dongle
Laptop has A dongle from Ebay (BlueSoleil)

Connected As PAN and COM but no internet on the laptop. I tried to share my ethernet connection but it says
"An Error occurred while internet sharing was enabled
Internet Sharing Cannot be Enabled
A LAN connection is already configuired with that IP Adress
that is required for automatic ip addressing"
 
check to make sure the ip pool is big enough for the amount of ip addresses your trying to assign.
 
In the second connection it sounds like your specifiying the other ip address from the first connection. let it assign the IP.
