Blue screens during upload

Hey guys,
I was wondering if there is any link between blue screens and uploading. The reason I am asking this question is because during the past three weeks, I have gotten three blue screens and they all occurred while I was uploading something. I have windows vista 64 bit. I WOULD STRONGLY APPRECIATE IT IF SOMEONE WOULD BE ABLE TO HELP ME OUT WITH THIS PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never had a BSOD when uploading....though I did when I overclocked my CPU without enough volts (while uploading)

You overclock any parts?
 
Have you done any driver updates? Regardless, it may be worth updating your chipset and network drivers to see if it helps.

Also, when uploading, how are you doing so? Is this through a browser? Has it be updated recently or could you upgrade/downgrade it?
 
I didn't overclock any of my parts. However, two of my crashes happened with google chrome....the other happened when i was sending a file to one of my friends using msn messenger.
