blown z5500 satellite speakers

So we used my set of speakers for rush in my frat and played it at max volume for long periods of time. The sub seems perfectly fine but all the satellite speakers are blown and make a little crackle noise every so often and a popping sound. I was wondering if I should go on ebay or something and get a new set of satellite speakers or would it be better to invest in better satellite speakers? Any thoughts or recommendations?

I'm pretty sure you can't hook up other speakers to the z5500 sub, you might have a lot of trouble with frequency response, resistance etc. You can try finding replacement satellite speakers, or you can get a new system all together.
